I spend most of my days as a Leadership Coach at Team Sterka, running our People Skills as a Service Programmes and helping to create Human Powered teams.
Our People Skills As A Service programme is a unique blend of training and coaching that transforms behaviour and changes how teams work.
Our unique curriculum gives your teams lifelong skills in leadership, emotional intelligence, resilience and so much more. And we’ll coach your senior team and rising stars to help them develop their potential even further.
I love doing public speaking and running workshops. I'm comfortable with both in-person and virtual events. My talks are always high-energy, interactive and educational - no lectures and definitely no death-by-slides.
